Your tasks
As an editor, you write articles, edit texts from other KATAPULT contributors, create and document graphics, publish content for online and the magazine, write teasers for our website, and bring your own suggestions to the editorial meetings on a daily basis. Additionally, you are part of the magazine team four times a year.
About us
KATAPULT is Greifswald's world-renowned map magazine, published digitally and in print four times a year. We reach over 80,000 subscribers and have an online presence that extends to well over half a million people from all walks of life. Our organization includes KATAPULT Verlag, our local editorial team KATAPULT MV, KATAPULT Ukraine, the KNICKER editorial team, and the KATAPULT editorial team responsible for all magazine and online content. KATAPULT is synonymous with journalism with a strong stance. Climate justice, commitment to feminism, and opposition to far-right ideologies are non-negotiable principles for us.
